The problem

Payroll keeps getting more expensive. And why?

Management cannot explain why, or does explain it, but the reason is not very convincing.

The truth is that there are several possible causes, the most common being those small minutes of overtime worked every day by team members. The overtime that disappears in the operation but makes a difference in the payroll.

Minutes every day

10 to 20 minutes of overtime per person, every day, does not help the operation and makes payroll skyrocket.

Coming back early from the break

An employee comes back from the break a little early; in theory they go home on time, but in practice it generates overtime.

The time card alone is not enough

With only the time card it is hard to keep control. The manager has no time to act, especially when other things fill their day.

How it works

From the time-clock record to the alert on your phone

Four parts that work together: the day's dashboard, the alerts, the history and the end-of-shift summary.

Dashboard

  1. 01

    Visibility with the Dashboard

The time-tracking dashboard shows each employee, the shift, the punches and the status of the day, updated while the workday happens.

  2. 02

    Notifications with EvoWatch

Four alerts reach the manager's phone, synced with the recorded punches.

  3. 03

Tactical view of the history with Analytics

Each employee's history in one place, to see what repeats over the weeks.

  4. 04

    End-of-shift summaries

On the same phone, by department or overall. Leadership and HR do not wait for the manager to build a spreadsheet.

Without replacing anything

The clock stays where it is

EvoWatch is an alert and management-visibility layer on top of the time clock you already use. It does not replace the clock and it does not close the payroll.

In
The punches your time-tracking system already records.
Out
Alerts and summaries on the manager's phone and the day's dashboard.

Who it is for

Who pays, who operates, who validates. The same standard for all three.

Owner / director

Pays for payroll visibility and control. Gets the cause behind the cost and a direct channel for conversation.

Manager

Receives the alert on the phone and confirms it on the day's dashboard. Acts during the shift, not after closing.

HR

Works with the same rule in the day, in the summary and in the history. Validation does not depend on a parallel version of the facts.
